[edit] Side effects update

There seems to be a current study (published or prepublished late November/early December 2007) that gives more detail on adverse effects and seems to conclude they're more serious than believed. Maybe it will pop up on the NSAID article first. I don't have any details except that some German health insurances are as of 2007-11-30 warning patient not to take Piroxicam if alternatives exist.
