Pirates Past Noon is the fourth book in the Magic Tree House series written by popular author Mary Pope Osborne and illustrated by Salvatore Murdocca. The book was released in the United States on March 8, 1994 by Random House and Scholastic Press.

Jack and Annie travel back in the Magic Tree House to the days of pirates. There, the brother and sister encounter pirates, and they are nasty. Will they discover buried treasure? Or will they walk the plank? There was also a parrot that turned into Morgan le Fay.
