PIRCH

PIRCH is an IRC client published by Northwest Computer Services. The last version of the program, known as PIRCH98, was released in 1998. It was distributed as shareware.
PIRCH was well liked for its ability to hold simultaneous server connections within the same client instance. It was also appreciated for being able to switch intelligently between IRC profiles.
PIRCH has been the main inspiration for creating Vortec IRC, a mind child of PIRCH.[citation needed]
