Does anyone know when there was a radiation leak at this facility? I have a library patron that remembers a newspaper article but, he is not sure if this was in 1967, 1968, or 1969. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
08/22/2006 I have also been searching information on Piqua Nuclear Power Facility. My mother was diagnosed with terminal thyroid cancer. A lady M.D. @ University Hospital Cincinnati asked my brother if mom had ever been exposed to high level radiation (eg.chernobyl, hiroshima, nagasaki) Mom died earlier this year; she lived 1 mile from PNPF.
