[edit] Pionium decay

Does anybody know what Pionium decays into? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 4.43.250.6 (talk • contribs) 02:58, 1 February 2004

Considering that π + and π are antiparticles, I believe the decay would be a simple annihilation. SamuelRiv 00:16, 3 November 2007 (UTC)

[edit] 6.4 times what?

The article states The DIRAC collaboration was able to detect more than 5000 pionium break ups from a total of 6.4 x 108 events, Presumably this should be 6.4 x 108, but I'd rather someone with an idea of what it's actually talking about took a look as I haven't a clue whether that's right.
