Piotr Lipiński (born January 4, 1979 in Olsztyn, Poland) is a Polish volleyball player. He is playing in volleyball club PZU AZS Olsztyn and also in Poland national team, in which he debuted in 2002 on World Championships in Argentina. He plays as a setter.

He began to play when he was 10. His first trainer was Maciej Rejzner. When he was 15 he debuted in AZS Olsztyn. After that, he went to Mostostal, where he was basic setter. Lipiński played there about 7 years. In 2005 he returned to first club in his career, PZU AZS Olsztyn.
