Pionersky (Russian: Пионе́рский (pronunciation ); German: Neukuhren (pronunciation ); Lithuanian: Naujieji Kuršiai) is a town in Kaliningrad Oblast, Russia. It is located along the Baltic Sea on the Sambian Peninsula, between Zelenogradsk and Svetlogorsk. The town of Pionersky is under direct jurisdiction of the oblast administration. Population: 11,800 (2004 est.); 11,816 (2002 Census).

Originally known as Neukuhren, Germany the town was annexed by the Soviet Union in 1945 upon the end of World War II and renamed Pionersky after the Young Pioneer organization of the Soviet Union. The town's small harbor, formerly used only for fishing, now accommodates sailboats and beach tourism.
