Pioneer Pacific Camp is one of many Christian Children camps owned and operated by Inter-Varsity Christian Fellowship of Canada. Pioneer Pacific is located at North Cove on Thetis Island British Columbia. The camp was first founded in 1955 when Adam Hunter donated the 76 acres of land to Inter-Varsity for 1 dollar to create a summer camp for children.
Pioneer Pacific Camp hosts a variety of activities including ocean water sports, hiking, field games, christian discussion and bible study. PPC operates week long camps in the summer time that cator to all age groups. In the Fall, Winter and Spring Pioneer Pacific hosts work weekends and other programs for those wishing to use the facility for relaxation or meeting purposes.
