[edit] Art header
Respectfully, I disagree. I realize that the empty Art section in High Middle Ages sticks out like a sore thumb, and that was exactly my intention in reinserting it. I hope that the presence of an empty section on such a critical aspect of the period will jar some knowledgeable editor into writing something good in the section. I have been looking for sources on the art of the High Middle Ages over the past few days, but I am relatively ignorant of art history, and the websites I've found haven't really enabled me to get the grasp on the bigger picture that is needed here. I'll keep looking, but I am confident that someone who knows more about this than I do will come along in the next few days and do what I cannot. NatusRoma 01:04, 17 Jun 2005 (UTC)
[edit] Portland COTW
Regarding your note, it is ineligible, so you can remove it now or just let it time out normally and someone will remove it in due course. --Dhartung | Talk 21:20, 18 Jun 2005 (UTC)
[edit] User categorization
Greetings, Pinotgris! Please accept this message as an invitation to categorize your user page in the category Category:Wikipedians in Washington and removing your name from the Wikipedia:Wikipedians/Washington page. The page will be deleted when all users have been removed. Even if you do not wish to be placed in a category, could you take a moment to remove your name from the Wikipedia:Wikipedians/Washington page? Thanks!!
To add your name to the category, please use the tag [[Category:Wikipedians in Washington|Pinotgris]] to ensure proper sorting.
For more information, please see Wikipedia:User categorisation and Category:Wikipedians by location. -- Roby Wayne Talk • Hist 06:56, 8 September 2005 (UTC)
[edit] WP:RETAIL
Nice, the more the merrier :-) Not too many articles about actual retailing positions exist; however there is an article on cashier. History of store management might be an interesting read, since it has changed quite a bit in the 20th century (especially in the 1990s). Finding appropriate citations will also lead to more interesting content to add. Tuxide 03:37, 25 March 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Granville spam
Thanks for catching that. They spam the article about once a month with this stuff. --Orange Mike 13:42, 17 April 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Good job
Nice article on Flamingo. I was going to put it up for DYK and see that you already did (almost word-for-word with what I had plucked from your article, by the way!) -- DS1953 talk 14:15, 4 May 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Calder Flamingo pictures
Unfortunately, the photos of the Flamingo (sculpture) you took cannot be licensed solely as GFDL. Under U.S. copyright law, statues and other 3-D works of art are copyrighted and photos of them are considered derivative works. I've marked them with the {{statue}} tag and you should go and add a fair use rationale to the image description pages. Regards, howcheng {chat} 06:42, 9 May 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Flamingo
I like your Flamingo piece. I just created the category Category:Outdoor sculptures in Chicago to put our outdoor art in. Then I started looking up things at [1]. I could hardly find any of them on WP. TonyTheTiger (talk/cont/bio/tcfkaWCDbwincowtchatlotpsoplrttaDCLaM) 16:46, 15 May 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Starbucks cup sizes
The reason I moved it was because it was after the number rather than the whole measurement and it didn't look right. I have no argument with the reference itself, I just altered the position slightly.--Jcvamp 00:26, 13 June 2007 (UTC)
