The Pinhoti National Recreation Trail is a National Recreation Trail in the United States. It is the name for the Alabama Pinhoti Trail and the Georgia Pinhoti Trail combined.

Georgia and Alabama each have about 150 miles (240 km) of the trail in their state. Alabama and Georgia hiking groups are attempting to link the Pinhoti Trail with the southern end of the Appalachian Trail.

Most of the Alabama Pinhoti Trail in the Talladega National Forest in east central and northeast Alabama. There are about 140 miles (230 km) of the trail inside the Talladega National Forest. Outside of the National Forest, there is another 10 miles (16 km) of the Pinhoti up to the Alabama-Georgia state line.
