Diogo Inácio de Pina Manique (1733 — 1805) was a portuguese magistrate.
He finished his law course at the Universidade de Coimbra, and was assigned several important public tasks, including criminal law judge for some of Lisbon's suburbs, before being appointed as Police Superintendent.
Although he was a man of confidence for the Marquis de Pombal, he was only appointed as superintendent after the Marquis's death. In 1781 he founded the Casa Pia which started its mission at the São Jorge's castle.
