[edit] License tagging for Image:Landon.JPG

Thanks for uploading Image:Landon.JPG. Wikipedia gets thousands of images uploaded every day, and in order to verify that the images can be legally used on Wikipedia, the source and copyright status must be indicated. Images need to have an image tag applied to the image description page indicating the copyright status of the image. This uniform and easy-to-understand method of indicating the license status allows potential re-users of the images to know what they are allowed to do with the images.

For more information on using images, see the following pages:

This is an automated notice by OrphanBot. If you need help on selecting a tag to use, or in adding the tag to the image description, feel free to post a message at Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. 22:11, 30 October 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Article

Some of the people, places or things you have written about on Wikipedia may not be sufficiently well-known to merit articles of their own. The Wikipedia community welcomes newcomers, and encourages them to become Wikipedians. On Wikipedia, all users are entitled to a user page in which they can describe themselves, and this article's content may be incorporated into that page. However, to merit inclusion in the encyclopedia proper, a subject must be notable. We encourage you to write or improve articles on notable subjects. Shannernanner 06:56, 31 October 2006 (UTC)

[edit] One Tree Hill

Please do not place Landon Ashworth on the One Tree Hill articles as a recurring character. He is not credited as ever having been on the show. If he was a minor, uncredited character, it is not notable and should not be placed within Wikipedia articles. Thanks. Shannernanner 07:46, 31 October 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Template

Please do not remove speedy deletion tags from articles that you have created yourself. If you do not believe the article deserves to be deleted, then please place {{hangon}} on the page and make your case on the article's talk page. Administrators will look at your reasoning before deciding what to do with the article. Thank you. Shannernanner 09:04, 31 October 2006 (UTC)

Please stop removing speedy deletion notices from articles that you have created yourself. You may place {{hangon}} on the page and make your case on the article's talk page if you oppose an article's speedy deletion. Thanks. Shannernanner 09:34, 31 October 2006 (UTC)

Please see Wikipedia's no personal attacks policy. Comment on content, not on the contributor; personal attacks damage the community and deter users. Note that continued personal attacks may lead to blocks for disruption. Please stay cool and keep this in mind while editing. Thank you. Shannernanner 09:30, 31 October 2006 (UTC)
