The article says this person is of Spanish Filipino descent. Is there enough Spanish origin to justify placing this article in the 'Spanish Filipinos' category? Thanks Hmains 22:44, 18 August 2006 (UTC)

I remember reading somewhere that Pilita said that at home they spoke Spanish, Cebuano/Visayan and English. My grandmother knew the father and was friends with my great grandfather. (This is according to my grandmother who is now dead)
-Yes, Pilita speaks perfect Spanish. She's my close friend.
