Pilot Rock High School, located in Pilot Rock, Oregon, has a student population in grades 9-12 of 135.
Pilot Rock High school athletics are part of the Oregon 2A Blue Mountain Conference consisting of Elgin High School, Enterprise High School, Heppner High School, Irrigon High School, Stanfield High School, Union High School, and Weston McEwen High School. Because of the OSAA changing from 1A-4A to 1A-6A in the 2006-2007 year, the Blue Mountain Conference was created. Before this, Pilot Rock was part of the Columbia Basin Conference consisting of Culver High School, Heppner High School, Sherman High School, Stanfield High School, Umatilla High School, and Westen McEwen High School.
Its current principal is Ed Sherman, vice principal Troy Jerome, superintendent Gordon Munk, and athletic director Tom Humphreys. Pilot Rock's rival high school is Westen McEwen.
