Are the only two towns allowed under Pennsylvania law? Otherwise, this should read 'and, in only cases, towns.'

- There are two "towns" in Pennsylvania - the town of Bloomsburg (which is the only legally incorporated town) and the "Town of McCandless", which used to be called McCandless Township and still is a first-class township legally. There is no legal restrictions on the number of towns, although many boroughs and cities have incorporated since Bloomsburg, but no new towns. The wording in question is the same in 66 of 67 Pennsylvania county articles (or at least it used to be the same). Ruhrfisch ><>°° 13:07, 6 June 2008 (UTC)
