Pike-Pawnee Village Site, also known as Hill Farm Site, is an archaeological site near Guide Rock, Nebraska.

It was designated a National Historic Landmark in 1964.[1][3]

At the time of its designation, the National Park Service stated:

This is generally accepted as the Pawnee village where Lt. Zebulon Pike, on his mission to secure the new territory in the Plains acquired under the Louisiana Purchase, caused the American flag to be raised and the Spanish flag lowered in late September 1806. Archeological evidence corroborates the identification.[1]

Claimed for the U.S. by Captain Zebulon Pike during the Pike expedition in 1806.
