[edit] Mil Hist assesment

Lists are still graded by the same form of ranking as articles, moving towards Featured List status. The Military History Wikiproject does not have a 'list' assessment. We simply grade them along the scale of stub-list upwards, the same as articles. If you have anymore questions, leave them on my talk page and I'll answer them.
