Born on January 15, 1988 in Hoffman Estates, IL. He spent the first six years of his life living in Hanover Park, IL. He then moved, and currently resides in St. Charles, IL.

Resiez is generally the same as Victor, but is on the whole much more aggressive, mistrustful, and opportunistic. The only way to tell him from Victor visually is from his goatee. It is speculated that Resiez is Vic's "evil twin". Current whereabouts are unknown.
