Talk:Piers Lauder
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
The sources are given. There is nothing in the article so far (March 2007) that cannot be found in the public domain. I don't know if he yet has professor status but he is heading in that direction if he has not. He has been a university lecturer and researcher for over 25 years and one of his computer programmes is used by the Australian Ministry of defence. I would say that he is a fairly important fellow. His baronetcy adds to that. David Lauder 16:19, 25 March 2007 (UTC)

See From WP:NCNT#Other_non-royal_names#4:
- Baronets, as they hold hereditary titles, often for a large part of their lives, follow the same practice as hereditary peers and should have their title noted in the beginning of the article. The format is Sir John Smith, 17th Baronet. For the article title, this format should only be used when disambiguation is necessary; otherwise, the article should be located at John Smith. John Smith, 17th Baronet should never be used with the postfix and without the prefix.
