Pieve Vergonte is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Verbano-Cusio-Ossola in the Italian region Piedmont, located about 110 km northeast of Turin and about 20 km northwest of Verbania. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 2,680 and an area of 41.7 km².[1]
The municipality of Pieve Vergonte contains the frazioni (subdivisions, mainly villages and hamlets) Fomarco, Loro, Rumianca and Megolo.
