Pietro Afesa

Pietro Afesa (active 1650) was an Italian painter of the Baroque period, active in and around Naples. He was also called della Basilicata after his town of birth. He painted for churches and convents at Naples. He painted and altar-piece of the Assumption of the Virgin Mary for the chapel of the convent of Marsico Nuovo.
