Pietravairano is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Caserta in the Italian region Campania, located about 60 km north of Naples and about 35 km northwest of Caserta. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 3,065 and an area of 33.2 km².[1]

The municipality of Pietravairano contains the frazione (subdivision) San Felice.

Pietravairano borders the following municipalities: Baia e Latina, Pietramelara, Raviscanina, Riardo, Roccaromana, Sant'Angelo d'Alife, Vairano Patenora.
