Pieter van Anraedt
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Pieter van Anraedt (Utrecht, ca. 1635 – Deventer, April 13, 1678) was a Dutch painter of history. He was an artist of great merit, nonwithstanding which very few of the circumstances of his life are known.
Houbraken mentions a very capital picture of this artist, the subject of which is the Last Judgement, containing a multitude of figures, and in his opinion well designed, and painted in a bold and free manner.
