Pieter Winsemius

Dr. Pieter Winsemius (Voorburg, March 7, 1942) is a Dutch politician for the VVD.

On September 22, 2006, he became Minister of Housing, Spatial Planning and the Environment (VROM) in the Third Balkenende cabinet (a post he previously filled in the Netherlands cabinet Lubbers-1). His appointment followed the resignation of Sybilla Dekker. On February 22, 2007 he resigned when the fourth cabinet Balkenende was installed. He was succeeded by Jacqueline Cramer
