Petrus "Piet" Michaelis van der Horst (born October 25, 1903 in Klundert - died February 18, 1983 in Breda) was a Dutch racing cyclist who competed in the 1928 Summer Olympics.
In 1928 he won the silver medal as part of the Dutch pursuit team.
