Pierre Watier

Pierre Watier (born on 4 September 1770 at Laon, died on 3 February 1846 in Paris), general of division.
He is one of 660 personalities to have their name engraved under the Arc de triomphe. His name appears on the 12th column and is spelt WATHIER.
