[edit] The Richland Carrousel Park II
I think this is a very nice quality view of the Richland Carrousel Park with the nice carrousel horse and the bright colors. I'm not sure if this picture is good enought for FP yet?

- It's definitely a nice picture, but I think it would likely have trouble at FPC for composition and encyclopedic issues. The picture is a bit tilted, and the composition doesn't have a clear subject—the park itself is cut off, while the statue is relatively small. However, the real problem is in its encyclopdic value. Its value in illustrating Carousel is questionable, since it doesn't actually show a carousel. And at Mansfield, Ohio, does it actually show something that would help a viewer know more about the city? The exterior of the facility doesn't seem unique, and the interior which the city is apparently known for isn't seen. Again, nothing bad about it, but it would likely struggle at FPC.
