[edit] Windows Live Local

I believe Microsoft Live Local licenses images from Pictometry, can anyone verify this?

Yes The images in birds eye view is taken from pictrometry. May 08

An anonymous IP that is said to be registered to Pictometry keeps removing this fact from the article (this is the edit history [1]), however, with no explanation. I wish we could get some explanation - is it not true? - DavidWBrooks 19:09, 31 May 2007 (UTC)
It appears to be true, and it keeps being removed without explanation. That smacks of vandalism to me. I don't know much about the protocols of Wikipedia, but someone should return the content to the article, and warn that IP.Salvar (talk) 18:42, 27 May 2008 (UTC)
Darn, you're right - I hadn't noticed the last time it was removed, although it was months ago. - DavidWBrooks (talk) 18:45, 27 May 2008 (UTC)
