It is claimed in a number of publications that P. pastoris is used for industrial protein production - but I have yet not found any explicit example. Can somebody help out on this? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 91.96.53.198 (talk) 17:24, 26 October 2007 (UTC)

Yes, indeed, P. pastoris has been used for industrial protein production.
