The Picola & District Football League is a semi-professional Australian rules football league affiliated with the Victorian Country Football League.
The league covers a large area of northern Victoria and southern New South Wales from Shepparton in the south to Deniliquin in the north.
It covers much the same area as the Murray Football League but tends to attract teams from the smaller communities and towns. There has been movement between the two leagues. Barooga moved to the Murray Football League while Berrigan and Strathmerton moved from that league.
The Grand Final is traditionally hosted by Katunga.
In 2006, Dookie United and Shepparton East made their debut with the league. They were previously in the now defunct Central Goulburn Football League.
The 2006 premiership was won by Shepparton East in their debut year in the competition.
