Ángel “Pichi” Alonso. (born 14 May 1955 in Benicarló (Castellón, Valencian Country). He made his debut in 2ª División (First Division), for CD Castellón, in 1975-76 season. On 1978 signed for R. Zaragoza and he was transferred to Barcelona, where he scored three goals against Göteborg in Champions Cup semifinal and let Barcelona to go into lost final against Steaua Bucuresti (1986) in Seville, where he didn’t play. In Zaragoza, his best scoring record was in a victory 8-1 against RCD Espanyol, when he scored five goals (1978-79). In late 80’s he played for Espanyol and lost the UEFA 1988 final against Bayer Leverkusen. He made his debut on Spanish National Team on 21-12-1978, against Italy (1-0), in Rome. As coach, he’s been Catalonian Manager.
