Piasecki is a Polish family name and may refer to one of the following.
- Sergiusz Piasecki (1901-1964), a Polish writer
- Bolesław Piasecki (1915-1979), Polish extreme right-wing politician
- Lech Piasecki (1961), the first (and so far only) Polish cyclist to wear the yellow jersey in the Tour de France
- Frank Piasecki (1919-2008), an American engineer and businessman, founder of two aviation businesses:
- Zygmunt Piasecki, Polish general, recipient of Virtuti Militari order
