"Piano in the Dark" is a song written and performed by Brenda Russell. It was a single released from her album Get Here. Backup vocals by Joe Esposito. It was her only charting single on the Billboard Hot 100, where it peaked at #6. However, Oleta Adams had a Top 10 hit with a cover of Russell's "Get Here".
