Pia Maiocco

Pia Maiocco (born February 25, 1962) is an American former bass player for the female heavy metal band Vixen. She is married to the famous rock guitarist Steve Vai, whom she met while they both attended the Berklee College of Music. They have two children, Fire and Julian.
