Please submit all your notes and ideas regarding the Physics textbook. I have started to make this textbook for the One Laptop Per Child project. Initial plan was to cover about 1000 articles about physics and organize them into sections like in a printed textbook. Normal categories contain links to all articles and it is difficult to work with them. It is really easy to work with a collection of keywords like this one. It takes very little space and it gives an overview of all major fields of study. Feel free to modify and reorganize the collection of keywords so it is even easier to work with it.
Here is how the textbook looks like on the OLPC - Offline version of textbook for the OLPC. A program translates English textbook into all other languages - Textbook translated into all other wiki langauges. If you have any questions regarding this textbook please do not hesitate to contact me.

- I am not a big fan of Portals. I work mainly as a disambiguation gnome. Many disambiguators don't fix portals at all. I usually do, even though they are a pain since you have to track down what transcludes what. This gets especially bad when updating of transcluding pages is running slow.
- So I was disambiguating [[conductor]] and of course I landed at Portal:Physics/Textbook. I fixed conductor since I usually fix other ambiguous links when I am disambiguating, I fixed a bunch of others. However, I grew tired of this. There are dozens of links on that page still in need of disambiguation. If you create a page, you ought to be concerned about the quality of it.
- Also, why is this page at this address, instead of at [[Portal talk:Physics/Textbook]]. What is gained by not following the convention? Randall Bart Talk 20:21, 26 May 2008 (UTC)
