Physalaemus fuscomaculatus is a species of frog in the Leptodactylidae family. It is found in Brazil, Paraguay, possibly Argentina, possibly Bolivia, and possibly Uruguay. Its natural habitats are dry savanna, moist savanna, subtropical or tropical moist shrubland, subtropical or tropical high-altitude shrubland, subtropical or tropical dry lowland grassland, intermittent freshwater lakes, and intermittent freshwater marshes. It is threatened by habitat loss.
