Phyliss Dennefer was a minor character featured in Uncanny X-Men. She was the wife of Roy Dennefer, and sister of Elaine Grey thus making her Maternal Aunt to both Jean Grey and Sara Grey. Phyliss was an avid Beatles fan who had a crush on John Lennon and was at the Dakota Building on the day of his murder. Phyliss and Roy were attending the Grey family reunion when she and her husband were random victims of the extermination of the Grey Genome, their deaths serving no initial purpose.
