Phularwan

Phularwan is a town in the Punjab province of Pakistan. It is located in [[Sargodha District]. It is the terminus of a branch of the North-Western railway. It is an important centre of trade, with manufactures of cotton goods, metal-work, carving, etc. Phularwan is famous for its oranges. Phularwan was founded about 540 on its present site. Phularwan is located on the mid of Lahore-Islamabad motorway (M2) at the SALAM (interchange) District Sargodha.

Famous Dipo of Pak army, MONA DIPO is 12 KM away from Phularwan.

Phularwan is surrounded by green fields and its importance increased due to Motorway passes near Phularwan. Now it takes only 2 hours to reach Phularwan from Lahore, Islamabad and Faisalabad.

The main problem of Phularwan is its sewerage system. A nullah passes right through the city, which has polluted the whole city. Rao Ashraf is the Nazim of Phularwan these days.
