Phrynopus laplacai is a species of frog in the Leptodactylidae family. It is endemic to Bolivia. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist montanes, subtropical or tropical high-altitude shrubland, subtropical or tropical high-altitude grassland, pastureland, rural gardens, and heavily degraded former forest.
