Phrynopus adenobrachius is a species of frog in the Leptodactylidae family. It is endemic to Colombia. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical high-altitude shrubland, subtropical or tropical high-altitude grassland, arable land, pastureland, and plantations . It is threatened by habitat loss.
