Phrynobatrachus dalcqi is a species of frog in the Petropedetidae family. It is endemic to Democratic Republic of the Congo. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist montanes, subtropical or tropical high-altitude grassland, swamps, freshwater marshes, and intermittent freshwater marches.
