Phrynobatrachus bullans is a species of frog in the Petropedetidae family. It is endemic to Tanzania. Its natural habitats are dry savanna, moist savanna, subtropical or tropical seasonally wet or flooded lowland grassland, freshwater marshes, intermittent freshwater marches, pastureland, rural gardens, urban areas, ponds, seasonally flooded agricultural land, and canals and ditches.
