[edit] Images for Marvel articles

I have started a new page to address the issue of Marvel articles without images. BOZ (talk) 15:38, 17 January 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Kevin Smith/View Askew

Hi, I am in the process of establishing the Wikipedia: WikiProject View Askew, and I notice that you did some userbox/banner work that seems out of date now(the pic is gone) posted here: User:DodgerOfZion/View Askew Project. Can you possibly update that for the new and improved project? I am still working the main page, but take a look and let me know if you can contribute, thanks! Skeletor2112 (talk) 09:23, 14 February 2008 (UTC)

Hi again, I was messing around with your template infobox and did this one: Template:Wikiproject_View_Askew If you can improve it at all, be my guest(Im new with templates and the like) Thanks, Skeletor2112 (talk) 10:59, 14 February 2008 (UTC)
Cool, thanks for any help - I copied and pasted another template, and added the new VA logo already uploaded here to make this new one, but if you know any way to improve it, go for it:
This article is within the scope of WikiProject View Askew, a collaborative effort improve Wikipedia's coverage on Kevin Smith's View Askewniverse, and related subjects. If you would like to participate, you can edit the article, or visit the project page, where you can join the project and/or contribute to the discussion.
Thanks again, and if you wanna join the new project, check out the project page here. Skeletor2112 (talk) 05:54, 15 February 2008 (UTC)

Yea, I figured the logo may cause problems, it was already uploaded here so I just used it, but it would be good to have a free image... although I have no idea what that could be - maybe there is a fan photo somewhere of Jay and Bob in characther, but who knows. Anyway, thanks for the info and if you ever wana join, feel free! Skeletor2112 (talk) 06:25, 18 February 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Orphaned non-free media (Image:MarvelLogo.gif)

Thanks for uploading Image:MarvelLogo.gif. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. BJBot (talk) 18:49, 6 March 2008 (UTC)
