(This is my first wiki-contribution, so I don't know if I'm doing this right, but here goes. Sorry) I disagree with deleting this article, and I plan on expanding it as soon as I figure out how, because it is likely to get more attention in the near future. It was referenced in a book [The Argument, by Matt Bai] on the political future of the Democratic party. The book was just discussed this morning on NPR. I know this isn't supposed to be personal either, so feel free to edit this if I'm ranting, but I really truly believe that some of the ideas could really shape political debate especially over the next twelve months. In fact, if it is deleted, I wouldn't be surprised to see it recreated sometime within the next month. Thank you. Nicholasrs 01:05, 25 October 2007 (UTC)

What would be most helpful is to find independent, reliable sources to meet WP:CORP. Otherwise, it will likely be deleted. --Ronz 01:15, 25 October 2007 (UTC)
  • I agree with Ronz, the article definitely needs more reliable sources. Please understand that Wikipedia is an encyclopedia and not a place where to spread rumour. Everything written here must be attributable to sources. By your comment, I understand that you contest the proposed deletion; I have removed the tag. I also added any sources I could find on Google, but they are still not very convincing. (The article in The Hill only contains a passing mention.) I have also removed the link to a blog - they are not considered reliable, please do not use them as sources. Further, I have reset the date counter of the notability tag to give you more time to rework the article and cite your sources. But if the material cannot be attributed to the sources, it may still be removed at a later time. --B. Wolterding 09:52, 26 October 2007 (UTC)
