The Phoenix Hebrew Academy, or PHA as it is known to most of its students, is a Jewish day school in north central Phoenix, Arizona. Phoenix Hebrew Academy was the trailblazer of education in Phoenix, and Arizona for that matter, when it opened its doors in 1965. The Hebrew name for the school is Yeshivat Torat Moshe, which translates asThink-tank of Moses' Bible. PHA offers a full dual curriculum, consisting of both secular and Judaic subjects. The school founder and current Dean of Students is Rabbi David Rebibo. The former principal of 25 successful years, Rabbi Harris Cooperman has recently become director of PHA's development department. Rabbi Isaac Entin is now principal. The school secretary is Mrs. Vanessa McGann.
