Phoenix Deer Valley Airport (IATA: DVTICAO: KDVTFAA LID: DVT) is a public airport located 15 miles (24 km) north of the central business district of Phoenix, a city in Maricopa County, Arizona, United States.[1] According to the FAA's National Plan of Integrated Airport Systems for 2007-2011, it is categorized as a reliever airport.[2]

The airport is home to more than 1,250 based aircraft and had more than 378,000 takeoffs and landings in 2008. It is the number one busiest general aviation airport, and currently the 22nd busiest in the United States.[3] Scheduled service to Laughlin/Bullhead International Airport (Arizona) on Western Express Air was discontinued when that airline ceased operations at the end of May 2007.[4]

Phoenix Deer Valley Airport covers 914 acres (370 ha) and has two asphalt paved runways: 7R/25L measuring 8,208 x 100 ft. (2,502 x 30 m) and 7L/25R measuring 4,500 x 75 ft. (1,372 x 23 m).[1]
