Phoebe Hemenway Legere is a New York City-based composer, interdisciplinary performer, and visual artist.

Legere, signed to Epic records at age 18, is currently recording for Mercury Records in England and Einstein records in the US. Her CD "Midnight Legere" was produced by Dae Bennett. Legere has released seven CDs of original music, four of which are available at ITUNES. She appeared on National Public Radio, CBS Sunday Morning, PBS's City Arts, and Charlie Rose.
