Phoebe Gottlieb (née Bright) was a fictional character in the Australian soap opera Neighbours, played by Simone Robertston. She first appeared in 1991 and remained in the show until 1993. Her major storylines included:
- The death of her father, Arthur.
- Losing all her inheritance money after her father's investments went bankrupt.
- The death of her teenage lover, Todd Landers who fathered her daughter, Hope.
- Being held hostage by Todd's father, Bob Landers, who was demanding money off her.
- Marrying Stephen Gottlieb.
