Fair use Rationale: This image Photo_51.jpg is being linked here. though the picture is subject to copyright I (Dudewheresmywallet) feel it is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because it is the original image of Photo 51 as published by Franklin and Gosling in their publication in the journal Nature in 1953. Although other images of the Sodium Salt of DNA in it's B configuration may exist, these would be a similar image and not the original image itself, which is the topic of discussion.
