Phlyctimantis leonardi is a species of frog in the Hyperoliidae family. It is found in Republic of the Congo, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Equatorial Guinea, Gabon, and possibly Angola. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, subtropical or tropical seasonally wet or flooded lowland grassland, intermittent freshwater marshes, rural gardens, and heavily degraded former forest. It is threatened by habitat loss.
